Reception Administrator. (Galway)


This is a full time position - 39 Hours per week.
Manage the reception area and all associated activities in that area:telephones,meet & greet, sign in, badges etc..
This person will assist with the weekly / monthly payroll process, including data entry, computing.
Maintains and updates employee information and changes.


  • Available immediately.
  • The ideal candidate may have a degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a highlyprofessional and friendly personality.
  • Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in reception or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook / Access
  • Experienced user of TAS / SAGE / Oracle desirable.
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Absolute attention to detail.

Euro 19-22K. Depending on experience.
