Job Title Office Administrator - Dun Laoghaire
Description We are an expanding design business in Dun Laoghaire looking for a full time administrator (9-5 Monday to Friday) to work alongside the managing director. We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic organised and well presented candidate, who has a can do attitude and likes to plan ahead! Interest in design welcomed.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Answering the phone
Management of office equipment
Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
Handling external or internal communication or management systems
Minuting Meetings
Managing expenses for the MD
Putting together presentations for the MD in Powerpoint
Organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings
Organising the company calendar
Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post
Putting orders together

Much of the work involves oral and written communication, word processing and dealing with email and telephone enquiries. Fluent written and oral english is a must. Strong knowledge of outlook, excel, powerpoint and word a must.
