Job Title Receptionist/Administrator

We are seeking an experienced receptionist for a well-known brand in the Monaghan town area. This will suit someone that can work autonomously and is interested in learning additional skills. You will be greeting mainly business customers in a professional and polite manner. The front desk isn't overly busy and you will be assigned administrative tasks to assist the office support staff on staff. This role is commutable from Fermanagh and parts of north Cavan

Welcome and direction of visitors
Answering or referral of telephone inquiries
Maintain presentable reception area and meeting rooms
Office administration tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Good organisational skills
Professional attitude and attire
