Job Title Internal Recruitment Specialist

Are you an experienced Recruitment Specialist looking for your next move? Our client a multinational company based in Limerick is currently looking for an Internal Recruitment Specialist to join their team. This opportunity if offering a fantastic salary, bonus and benefits package.

Working in a fast paced environment, the recruitment specialistwill be responsible for:

  • Delivery of end to end recruitment process with full responsibility for all administrative aspects of the role
  • Work with the recruitment team and key stakeholders to provide an effective and results driven recruitment service for high volume recruitment as well as specialist roles.
  • Provide recruitment support in the selection and assessment of candidates, utilising market knowledge, culture fit and assessment techniques.
  • Conduct both internal and external interviews and feedback sessions with candidates
  • Lead, coordinate and facilitate all assessment centres to recruit top talent for our customer service roles
  • Administration and evaluation of psychometric tests. Continually review selection processes and tools and adapt accordingly.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development and management team to ensure hiring against agreed competency framework and support the delivery of in house interview skills training for line managers as required
  • Direct sourcing for specialist positions through social media channels and professional networks e.g. LinkedIn etc.
Experience and Education:

  • 4+ recruitment experience – Internal recruitment experience desirable
  • Proven track record of working within high volume direct sourcing model is required including the running of recruitment assessment days
  • Strong evidence of Recruitment Expertise and Direct Sourcing at professional level is essential.
  • Proven track record of working within high volume direct sourcing model is required
  • Collaborative style with strong communication skills and a good team player
  • Excellent organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
  • Some exposure to Oracle i-recruit, AMRIS or similar ATS system preferred.
  • Flexible to travel to Head office in Dublin as required (minimum once a month)
