Marketing Career Recruitment has an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth B2B software company that is rapidly becoming an emerging global leader in its niche area of expertise. They are seeking a Marketing Manager with the right blend of creative, analytical, and strategic skills to be responsible for creating, executing, and measuring successful marketing programs. The position requires a blend of digital marketing, demand generation and content creation skills, with hands-on experience and a proven ability to manage milestones and goals. The person in this role will develop and manage campaigns, and will utilize analytics to understand and report out on metrics/ROI from campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Management of digital agency weekly/monthly activities – including running weekly call to review all current actions and co-ordinating future requirements (blogs/content/collateral/promotion etc.) per territory/geography
  • Management of event/webinar agency monthly/quarterly activities – including running weekly/biweekly calls, planning for coming events/webinars/podcasts/videos etc.
  • Managing workload and co-ordination of activities of internal Junior Marketing Exec (including day to day management and related HR activities)
  • Working with Influence & Nurture teams through Sales Operations to ensure quality of leads/data/collateral is what is needed
  • Co-ordinating and managing activities between these internal/external resources
  • Management of Marketing budget
  • Working with CEO to grow Influencer activities – Gartner/Forrester/core target community/legislators/Policy makers/thinkers/futurists etc.
  • Working with CEO and broader marketing advisors on next generation of activities/content.


  • Team player with an eye on the big picture and a willingness to shift gears as needed to achieve business goals
  • Bachelor’s degree required with Digital Marketing expertise.
  • 3+ years professional experience, ideally in consulting and B2B marketing with an EMEA/Global customer base.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating with sales teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and internal management
  • Ability to translate and distil highly technical solutions into business and consumer benefits
  • Strong understanding of core marketing and sales pipeline tactics
  • Understanding of, and belief in, data driven marketing approach
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
