Our client, a leading multinational in the Pharmaceutical sector is recruiting a HR Administrator to join their team in Cork.


  • Managing the HR Operations Inbox
  • Responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Taking ownership and escalating queries when necessary
  • Processing requests and maintain accuracy on internal HR system
  • Issue contracts to all new hires
  • Document management and revision as required
  • Maintaining relevant records
  • Liaise with other areas of the business where necessary
  • Other HR Admin duties as required


  • Third level degree in Human Resources/Business or a similar relevant area
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a HR Administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-active team-player
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Knowledge of a HR System is an advantage
