This exciting new role will be responsible for the recruitment and selection of candidates on site in our clients customer service centre in Limerick and support other business functions as required.

  • Reporting into the Recruitment Team Lead this is a highly collaborative and relationship based role working closely with key stakeholders to ensure a first class, end to end recruitment experience that meets business needs.
  • Working in a fast paced environment, the recruitment specialist will be responsible for: Delivery of end to end recruitment process with full responsibility for all administrative aspects of the role
  • Work with the recruitment team and key stakeholders to provide an effective and results driven recruitment service for high volume recruitment as well as specialist roles.
  • Provide recruitment support in the selection and assessment of candidates, utilising market knowledge, culture fit and assessment techniques.
  • Conduct both internal and external interviews and feedback sessions with candidates Lead, coordinate and facilitate all assessment centres to recruit top talent for our customer service roles Administration and evaluation of psychometric tests.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Development and management team to ensure hiring against agreed competency framework and support the delivery of in house interview skills training for line managers as required
  • Proactively engage with stakeholders, both externally and internally, at all levels, to build strong customer relationships to ensure the best possible candidates are hired.
  • Direct sourcing for specialist positions through social media channels and professional networks e.g. LinkedIn etc.
  • Point of contact for hiring managers across the customer service centre and ensure clear lines of communication with recruitment team in Dublin.
  • Work effectively with the internal HR team to enhance the recruitment process and ensure fluidity of candidate/potential employee experience.
We`re looking for Excellent interpersonal, influencing and stakeholder management skills with evidence at having influenced at a senior level within an organisation .Strong evidence of Recruitment Expertise and Direct Sourcing at professional level is essential. Proven track record of working within high volume direct sourcing model is required Collaborative style with strong communication skills and a good team player Excellent organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
